I’ve been there.
I've been there, standing in waters that never seem to stop rising. I know that feeling of becoming slowly engulfed and not knowing which way to go. And I know the feeling of riding the wave of an escape route I know is headed nowhere.
I spent years in these sweeping waters; I was seeking fulfillment in my life based on what was going on around me, not what was inside. We can't escape ourselves. And finally I realized I needed to be still and let those waters settle to truly face each part of myself- even the parts much easier pushed away. My triggers. My gremlins. So I began to learn from them and even embrace them.
My newfound clarity led me to a life change, once I stopped to see and feel that there was something more under the surface. I knew I couldn’t grow where it was so shallow. I discovered the practice of yoga and began peeling back the layers- the movement helped me dig deeper and the stillness of meditation helped me see what was uncovered. I was surrounded by strong, nurturing, empowering teachers who made me feel seen and confident. And I felt the armor slowly start to come off as my true authentic self began to show up. I felt this yearning to empower others to uncover these truths inside themselves.
As a life coach, I don’t have all the answers. I show up each and every day with more questions. But I have learned to live from a place of genuine authenticity, to operate from a place of non-judgement, and to journey down this path with the only agenda being yours.
I’ve been there. I see you. The real you. Let’s uncover the whole story.
On the mat.
Alongside coaching, I’ve been teaching yoga for 12 years. I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Mantra, Bhakti, Breathwork, and Mat Pilates. I’ve taught everywhere from corporate offices at Accenture, Retail Me Not, VRBO, and law firms across Texas to classes at Equinox and Sukha Yoga here in Austin.
Coaching and yoga have always been two sides of the same practice for me: creating space to breathe, and come back to what matters. That’s the heart of everything I offer, whether we’re working together one-on-one, in a studio, or halfway around the world in Chiang Mai.
